- PC1 & PC2: Pedagogies of two chosen teaching subjects (e.g. Science, Maths, English, Hindi, Social Studies)
- PC3: Assessment for Learning
- PC4: Optional (choose one among Educational Admin, Guidance, Environmental Ed, Computer Ed, Health & Yoga, Life Management)
- PC5: Preparation to Function as Teacher (microteaching, lesson planning)
- Group C: Experiences for Enhancing Professional Capacities (EPC)
- Includes skill modules like language proficiency, arts, ICT, work education—integrated throughout both years.

- Micro-teaching & simulations: in PC5 during first year.

- Internal Assessment (IA): 25–30% of marks—tests, assignments, seminar performance.
- External Assessment (EA): University-conducted exams with structured papers (typically 80 marks each theory course).
- Passing Criteria: Minimum 36% in theory aggregate, 48% in practical/viva, per CCSU standards.
